Bounced in Houston

Less than a year ago, Taniya Wright was hired at KPRC in Houston as a morning Anchor, coming from WNCN in Raleigh.

Now Wright has been bounced from the Houston station and already replaced.

Yesterday, FTVLive told you that KPRC had hired Lisa Fernandez as a morning anchor and it seems that Wright has been wronged.

Wright says that she has left the station after just 9 months and it was a “management decision.”

In Raleigh, she only made it a year and 7 months before moving to Houston. Before then, she worked at KJRH in Tulsa, where she also lasted just a year and a half.
