Most of you know that Nexstar runs a tight ship and if they can find a way to make money, they will likely do it.

But, even we were taken aback when we saw this tweet from KTLA (LA) Assistant News Director Olsen Ebright. According to his post, the KTLA vending machines are now offering up hand sanitizer for sale.
