I’m not sure if KDVR/KWGN Morning Executive Producer April Davis is looking to head that direction, but she is trying to help sell outgoing General Manager Joan Barrett’s house.

Barrett is leaving for for the Tegna station in Charlotte.

But, you can buy her house and apparently it’s great for holiday parties.

The asking price is $875,000 which anyone that works in TV news knows is just chump change.
