This week a Sinclair employee said he received a letter from the company, informing him of a data breach on personal information stored on Sinclair computers.

The letter was dated November 16th, though the employee said he just got it in the mail this week. “Funny how that works,” the Sinclair staffer said to FTVLive.

The later informs them of a data breach that the company became aware of back on October 1st. Seems like quite some time, before the employees were notified.

“They say no important info was leaked but they want me to sign up for credit monitoring,” said the Sinclair staffer.
