Gray's Websites Go Down

Amazon Web Services went down yesterday and took a number of websites with it.

For hours yesterday, FTVLive’s podcast was not available to stream, although the rest of FTVLive.com was not impacted.

Gray Television found their sites down due to the outage. The Gray stations rely on AWS to manage stories and other content online.

The outage knocked the companies websites offline.

Other sites impacted by the outage were Amazon.com and other parts of the company, such as Prime Music, Alexa and Ring doorbells and security systems.

You never know how much you rely on the internet until it goes down.
