If you want to act like an idiot in the background of a live shot, you have the right to do so.

It’s a public place and you have the same right as the TV crew to be there. You want to act like a fool, go right ahead.

But, when you try and kiss the Reporter that is not cool and it is assault.

WAVE (Louisville) Reporter Sara Rivest handled this incident as well as she could.

Next time, I would love to see her haul off and punch the jerk.

But hey, that’s just me.
