Chico and the Man

Three years ago Scott Rates was named the News Director for ABC affiliate KAEF and Fox affiliate KBVU in Eureka, California.

Now he moves up on markets, but down to the Deuce.

Rates is the new Assistant News Director and Anchor at KHSL in Chico, CA.

The station is owned by Heartland Media.
