Gray Still Swinging The Axe

Yesterday, FTVLive told you that Gray Television had gassed up the pink slip express and it is driving it around to their stations.

Sources tell FTVLive that Gray started whacking people at WBRC in Birmingham yesterday.

Sources tell FTVLIve that the cuts include veteran employees (14-30+ years) including a video editor, assignment desk person, a producer, a promotion producer and the front desk receptionist. Two others were offered early retirement.

No managers were axed according to station sources.
