Big Sean and the Motown Station

Singer Big Sean released his new music video called “Single Again” and last we looked Big Sean and his song was trending on YouTube in the No. 3 spot with over a million and a half views.

FTVLive watched the video, the song was very good with a great beat.

But, we wondered why Graham Media’s WDIV in Detroit was featured in the video.

There is Big Sean with WDIV Reporter Rhonda Walker and then later, he’s standing on top of one of the station’s live trucks.

It seems that WDIV is OK with this and even did a story about Big Sean and the WDIV connection.

Should stations let their equipment and logo be used in a commercial venture? It seems like a no-no to us, but they did not seem to have a problem with it.
