Is She in DC? (Updated)

When CBS kicked Jeff Glor to the curb and replaced him with Norah O’Donnell, they made a big deal about the fact that they were moving the broadcast from New York to Washington, DC.

But, in watching the CBS Evening News, it is hard to tell if that is the case?

The set gives no indication that they are in Washington nor does any of the voiceover branding say they’re in DC.

If DC was such a big selling point, why doesn’t CBS show it or mention it?

Seems odd.

Update: A number of you have reached out to tell us that CBS does not plan on moving O’Donnell to DC until the Fall, while they build a new set. With all that time, it better be one hell of a set.
