Tegna Names New News Director

Back in August, FTVLive told you that KPIX Managing Editor Peter Saiers was leaving the CBS station with no job lined up.

Well now it looks like Saiers is landing in Seattle.

Tegna announced that Saiers will be the new News Director at KING in Seattle.

Saiers spent over 11 years at KPIX and has been doing some freelance work at KGO since leaving the CBS O&O.

This will be theKING’s third ND in four years.
