Many TV stations have long given up trying to do newscasts for everyone and gear their news to women 25-54 only.
I know that’s what the consultants tell them, but why focus your news to such a small segment of viewers?
Also, if you want the newscast to engage women 25-54, then why does Nexstar have so many old white guys as their News Directors?
