An FTVLive spy was able to spot an NBC Storm Ranger in a Philly parking lot.

While NBC has given a lot of promo time to the Storm Ranger fleet, it is rare to see the trucks out in the wild actually doing anything.

The staff at WCAU has packed up and moved to the new Comcast Tower, but it seems that the NBC O&O has left the Storm Ranger and a few news cars still parked at the old building on City Ave.
