Making Mistakes in Seattle

It seems that a number of mistakes are making the air at KCPQ in Seattle and the staff was sent an internal memo, telling them this needs to stop.

The memo from Executive Producer Olivia Dickinson provided examples of some of the boo-boos that made it on air.
