Former WMAQ (Chicago) Reporter Nesita Kwan is cutting her ties with the Windy City.

Kwan signed off from the NBC O&O back in 2015, after spending 20 years at the station as an Anchor Reporter.

Kwan has now finally dumped her 2,213-square-foot condominium unit in the South Loop for $700,000 bucks.

She bought the condo back in 2003 for $657,500 and did not exactly make a killing off of it.

The the ninth-floor condo has 2½ baths, a meditation room, a large private terrace and a living room with hardwood floors and a gas fireplace. The unit also has an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast bar, and a master suite with a large walk-in closet, a balcony and a bath with dual sinks.

Kwan, who now lives in Southern California, first listed the condo in May 2018 for $825,000 and then reduced it to $798,000, $775,000 and $725,000 before finding a buyer.

Listing agent Colleen Harper of @properties was not the original listing agent. She told Elite Street that at the initial $825,000 asking price, the condo “was just priced wrong.”
