When Thomas Callaway ran by WSAV Reporter Alex Bozarjian and smacked her on the ass while she was doing a live shot, he had a big smile on his face.

He wasn’t smiling as he posed for his mugshot after being charged with sexual battery in the incident.

Callaway turned himself in to the Chatham County Sheriff's Office, where is was booked and charged with the crime. He later bonded out of jail, paying the $1,300 bucks.

Bozarjian's has retained media attention craving attorney Gloria Allred, who said, “Alex is looking forward to justice in this case.”

In a statement, WSAV says,"No one should ever be disrespected in this manner," "the safety and protection of our employees is WSAV-TV’s highest priority." "WSAV continues to support Alex completely as this case moves forward."

We can only hope that Callaway getting arrested and charged shows others that this shit is not cool and it should not be done.
