Signing Off in Cali
/KSBY (San Luis Obispo) Anchor Scott Daniels says he is leaving the Scripps station and looking for another job in TV news.
Judging by the tweet he sent out, he seems to be more than happy to leave KSBY:
🗣Twitter Family I need your help!❤️

I’m quitting my job next month and want to get with a TV news station that can properly use my skills.
You already know that no one in this industry can do what I can do.
Tell me which station needs me like Kathie Lee needed Regis!?! pic.twitter.com/D0AbEU8Yji
Well there, someone is very sure of themselves aren’t they?
Daniels told The Tribune that his contract, and his schedule, contributed to his decision to leave.
“The split shift of working 3 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. has been tiring, so I’m pursuing other anchor jobs in the industry,” Daniels said.
Daniels is the co-anchor for Daybreak, KSBY’s morning show, and also co-anchors the news at 5 p.m.
