Another Lawsuit Against Sinclair/Tribune

A Philly law firm has joined the list of those suing Sinclair and Tribune for fixing TV ad prices.

A Philadelphia law firm has filed a potential antitrust class action in Maryland federal court against Sinclair and Tribune, accusing the media companies of artificially inflating the price of television advertisement spots by sharing private information.

In its complaint, My Philly Lawyer said that the two companies used their advertising sales teams to share competitive information and data with each other, which they then used to coordinate efforts to artificially inflate advertising prices.
