The Circus Has Come To Town

If you want to keep your blood pressure down, Today is a day to stay away from the TV.

All the networks and cable news channels will be going to wall to wall with the hearing of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and his original accuser (there are more) Christine Blasey Ford hearing Dirksen Senate Office building.

No matter which side you believe it is sure to raise your BP watching this.

Long before the sun came up, TV networks and stations were going live from DC (above) in “pregame” like coverage of what we are expected to see.

"I am here today not because I want to be. I am terrified," Ford will tell the committee, according to an early copy of her testimony.

Kavanaugh will retort with "I will not be intimidated into withdrawing from this process. This effort to destroy my good name will not drive me out."

You can expect social media will also light up with people giving their opinions.

If you want to make up your own mind and not be swayed by TV Anchors giving their opinion and analysis (remember the days it was unbiased coverage?) our advice is to watch C-SPAN or just live feeds on the internet.

Or better yet, go outside, take a walk and enjoy the day.

Because no matter how you feel one way or the other, it makes no difference to the politicians in DC and they are just going to do what they want anyway.

Just saying….
