A Swing and a Miss

I know that the TV consultants love active stand ups and that is all fine and good.

But, there has to be some guidelines to this. 

WITI (Milwaukee) Reporter Bret Lemoine was covering the story of two people shot and killed at a swing park. 

When they tossed it live to Lemoine he was.....you guessed it.....sitting in a swing and enjoying his ride while talking about the double murder.
