A week ago, Fox News got called out for using a picture of Patti LaBelle in a graphic while reporting on the death of Aretha Franklin. Then they came up with a lame coverup excuse as to why it happened.

Well now, WJW the Fox affiliate in Cleveland wants to arraign Franklin during her funeral.

Can't this poor woman rest in peace?
