It's not the pictures that are opening the eyes of Americans to what is happening at our borders, it's an audio tape that was recording inside a detention center where kids are being held away from their families.

The audio was posted by ProPublica and it is gut wrenching.

You need to listen to it, despite it being so hard to do so. You need to hear what is happening inside the United States of America and you have to ask yourself, aren't we better than this?

Fox News host Laura Ingraham claimed that the detention centers holding these kids are "essentially summer camps."
