Fox News and their parent company have paid out millions of dollars in lawsuits against the company after claims of sexual harassment and discrimination.

On Friday, Fox finally won a case.

A federal judge threw out the case of Andrea Tantaros and her lawsuit against Fox News.

Too many, Tantaros' case seemed weak from the beginning. Her claims of harassment and illegal electronic surveillance did not seem to have the merit and that is how the judge saw it as well.

She "failed to plausibly allege facts tying any of the defendants to the conduct she claims caused her injury.." the judge said in the ruling.
