"Effective Immediately"

FTVLive obtained this memo that went out to the staff at Tegna owned KHOU in Houston. 

Art Murray was the News Ops manager at the station. 

Whenever I see that they are leaving the station, "effective immediately" I always feel like we are not getting the full story.
