When the heat is on Sean Hannity at Fox News, he always does his best to deflect it.

In a week where we learned that Hannity was represented by the same lawyer that Donald Trump uses and he never disclosed that, Hannity is trying focus the attention elsewhere.

So he went on the attack of CNN's Anderson Cooper. "Maybe the dramatic collapse of CNN makes more sense when you consider their chief anchor, Anderson Cooper, is more like Jerry Springer than a newscaster," Hannity said on his show.

Why Hannity is giving last place CNN any publicity on his first place show is a bit perplexing.

Hannity says that CNN is focusing too much on the adult film actress Stormy Daniels, who allegedly had an affair with Trump and was paid $130,000 by Cohen just ahead of the 2016 election to keep quiet about it.

Of course, when it was Monica Lewinsky and Bill Clinton, all the coverage by Hannity and Fox News was completely justified.

Now that the shoe is on the other foot? Well, it should be buried and not talked about.

This is why I don't watch cable news and you shouldn't either.
