Yesterday, FTVLive FIRST told you that KVII (Amarillo) Reporter Lia Kamana was arrested on Friday for public intoxication by Amarillo Police.
But, after some searching we see that we not her only arrest on Friday.
The Sinclair station Reporter was also arrested on the same day in Potter County, Texas. The charges on this one are much worse.
Kamana faces three counts of assault on a public servant. Each count carries a bond of $7,500 bucks.
She was also charged with resisting arrest, which had a bond amount of $2000 dollars.
Kamana’s bio remains on the KVII website and we have not seen any report of her arrests on the station’s site.
If they are planning on keeping her, she might need a raise. She has racked up $25,000 in bond money and I’m think that a Reporter in Amarillo isn’t making all that much.
