SFO Anchor Puts Home on the Market

KNTV's (San Francisco) Jessica Aguirre is selling her Pleasanton home, a 4,484-square-foot abode on just over half an acre, for $2.25 million.
The four-bedroom, three-and-a half-bathroom home was built in 1999 and is one in a series of similar structures in the Ruby Hill community.
Aguirre bought the home in 2007 for just under $2 million and is looking to make a cool quarter million dollar profit on the deal.
Inside, stone and hardwood floors lead through to a living room with a fireplace, a large kitchen, a dining nook, a formal dining room, an informal family room and a "temperature-controlled wine closet."
Because when you work in TV news, you need a good stock of wine on hand.
