Ping has ponged his way to the west coast....

Back in June, FTVLive told you that WKMG in Orlando had parted ways with popular Sports Anchor David Pingalore.

Ping has popped up again, but this time on the left coast.

Pingalore resurfaced doing sportscast on a freelance basis for KTLA in Los Angles.

Even after getting sacked, Ping was still doing his schtick on Facebook and it is there were he told his fans he is now on the opposite coast.

“I said a few weeks ago that I would be seeing you soon — I am here in Los Angeles, KTLA,” Ping said on Facebook. “… I flew out here over the weekend, and I have my badge. The weather is unbelievable here in Los Angeles. Thanks everybody for the support over the last several weeks. Certainly very excited to be here.”

LA stations are known for using freelancers and many stay that way for years, which helps stations duck from paying benefits.

So, while Ping might be living the Hollywood life right now, it could be sometime before he gets and actual contract.

Here's hoping he does.
