Nexstar's Pink Slip Express Pulls Into Albany

The Nexstar Pink Slip Express pulled into Albany, NY's WTEN this week to hand out some layoff notices.

WTEN is one of the Media General stations taken over by Nexstar. 

Word is about a half dozen people were told that they are being kicked to the curb. Sources tell FTVLive that 1 MMJ/Reporter, 2 editors and 1 assignment desk person caught the blade, along with a couple of others. 

Nexstar has been whacking people at the MG stations and changing out the GM's. 

More cuts are expected.
