Tegna Buys SoCal Station

Tegna says that they have agreed to buy KFMB in San Diego for $325 million bucks. 

Midwest Television put the SoCal station on the blocks and since then a number of ownership groups have been kicking the tires looking to buy. 

It appears that Tegna will be driving off with the station. 

Tegna President Dave Lougee says that Tegna maybe looking at buying more stations as well.
