Dan Rather's New Book On Trump omits Trump's Name

Former CBS Anchor Dan Rather has a new book out about President Donald Trump.

But, nowhere in the book is Trump mentioned by name. 

Rather does point out that under Trump, the press is coming under constant and withering attack, even called an “enemy of the American people” by the President.
