I always thought that the greatest Presidential speech was Lincoln's Gettysburg Address. Of course, Ronald Reagan's "Mr. Gorbachev, Tear Down This Wall" also gave me goosebumps.

No matter how great those speeches were, they will all have to take a step back in the history books for this gem.
