When your Mouth Just won't Cooperate

Watch as this WBMA Anchor tries to say "Statewide  Proclamation"  but it comes out wrong....so she tries to correct it and ....wrong again. 

Hate it when you mouth just starts going off on its own. 

This WBMA Anchor wanted to say "Statewide Proclamation" but she just could not get her mouth to work correctly.
