New Station New Toys

NBC is getting ready to launch their new start up in Boston and they have a couple of new toys to play with. 

WBTS will be the new NBC station in Bean Town knocking WHDH back to being an independent. 

Of course, you can't be a TV station unless you have a fancy wether vehicle.

Meet the "Weather Warrior."

I could go into all the gizmos and gadgets on the Weather Warrior, but let's just say they are the latest and greatest and leave it at that. 

LOOK! Up in the sky! Is is a bird? A plane?

No it's NBC Boston's "Sky Ranger."

The Sky Ranger hasn't taken to the air yet, but it already has it's own Instagram account. 

Let's just hope it doesn't post some smiling selfie from a crime scene.
