Yeah....That Really Does Not Help at All

When flooding hits and area, many viewers turn to local news for the story. 

They want to know if they need to evacuate and if so, what roads are not flooded out? 

So when KRCR in Redding/Chico, CA. puts up a full screen map like this, it is absolutely no help at all to viewers.
