Not A Single Vote

In the vote for Florida State House District 11, Cory Byrd squared off against Walter Eugene Hayes. 

To say the race wasn't even close, would have been a major understatement. Walter got not a single vote. 

Not his family, not his friends and even Walter himself cast a single vote for himself. 

What the hell?
