When Sam Champion left Good Morning America, his career has been in a downward spiral ever since.
Champion went to The Weather Channel and launched a soon to fail morning show. Then he launched a show called 23.5° with Sam Champion on The Weather Channel which is doing nothing in the ratings.
One of those that followed Champion out the door at ABC was Producer Darcy Bonfils. She worked as the EP on Champion's 23.5°, but has now packed her bags and left.
No, not back to ABC News or WABC (where she once worked), she is settling in at Atlanta's last place station WGCL as the Senior Executive Producer.
Champion isn't the only one on the broadcast slide.
