Florida ND Demands Twitter User Cease and Desist with Video

A News Director of a Ft. Myers station has issued a cease and desist against a Twitter user that posted a video online.

WZVN did a story about about a girl that was caught having sex with boys in the school's bathroom. 

A Twitter user, who goes by the name @Cutclear posted a video that appears to be a story from WZVN, until you start listening to the sound bites. 

WZVN ND Darrel Lieze-Adams tweeted this to @CutClear back in May:

It seems that @Cutclear was not worried about the cease and desist from the station's ND, because the video is still online and still on Twitter.
