WESH's Anchor Martha Sugalski uses social media to take the viewer behind the scenes.

Sugalski, who announced last week she was pregnant with triplets, is a very busy Tweeter. She Tweets often during the show promoting upcoming stories and gives viewers a look behind the camera.

Although she has triplets on the way, it is not slowing her up.

The Orlando Sentinel writes that don’t expect to see Sugalski working different hours at the NBC affiliate. “This is my shift, and this is what I do. It makes me a better mom and a better wife because I love doing this,” she said.

She anchors at 4, 5, 6 and 11 p.m. with Jim Payne. She laughed about the hard time he has been giving her.

“There have been a couple of times I’ve been about to hurl,” she said. “It doesn’t help that the crew in the back eggs him on to get me to vomit. He starts talking about gross stuff, and I’m like, ‘Don’t do it. Don’t do it. I’m going to hurl on you,’ and he keeps going.”

Payne jumped in: “We’re saving it for sweeps.”

Sugalski countered: “Throwing up in stunning high definition would not be good.”

We’re in the February sweeps, one of the more important ratings periods.

Of course if she does blow chunks on the air, it will also be a YouTube hit.
