Word is that WGN in Chicago may be tacking on another hour to their morning newscast.
Word is the station will add the hour from 9 to 10am Monday through Friday.
Robert Feder says that nothing is official as of yet, but insiders say that’s the most likely scenario this fall when the syndicated Live with Kelly & Michael leaves the Tribune Broadcasting station.

He left KGUN for a couple of gigs in Florida and then returned to Tucson has ND in September of 2009.
He was bounced yesterday, which means on his second go round at the station he lasted exactly 3 years and 7 months.

Former Anchor Michael Scott was found not guilty of the misdemeanor charge of Domestic Violence yesterday.
Prosecutors had said Scott's estranged girlfriend reported that he had choked her, hit her in an eye and ripped off two fake fingernails while threatening her in a November incident.
Scott denied the accusations and said the woman made up the incident. Yesterday, the Jury agreed and found him not guilty.
Scott has worked in television news at two stations in Omaha and at stations in Dallas and Denver and in Huntsville, Alabama.
He also ran for Congress in 1998.
Anderson Cooper said that "being gay is a blessing" and he "couldn't be more proud" of his sexuality.
The Huffington Post writes that theCNN anchor spoke at length about coming out
both personally and professionally, being honored with the prestigious Vito Russo Award and the pain of his brother's suicide.
"I've always known I was gay from the time I was a little kid," Cooper, who came out in an email to Andrew Sullivan last summer, recalled. "I can't remember a time when I wasn't aware of it, even before I knew what it was or the name of it."

Just minutes after the Cox station in Tulsa Fired their GM and News Director, they already named their replacements.
KOKI fired GM Holly Allen and ND Matt Brown and minutes later named Greg Bilte as the general manager and Suzanne Nadell as the new News Director.
"We are thrilled that we can tap such phenomenal internal talent for these important leadership positions at our newest TV brands," said CMG executive VP of broadcast Bill Hoffman. "Greg and Suzanne will play pivotal roles in leading the professionals at KOKI and KMYT to continue informing, inspiring, entertaining and improving the Tulsa community."
Bite comes from the Cox station in San Francisco (KTVU). Nadell was an EP at the Cox station in Atlanta (WSB).
Sources tell FTVLive of a big shake up in Tulsa.
Word is that KOKI (Fox Affiliate) GM Holly Allen and ND Matt Brown, have been told to pack up their desks. They have both be let go by the station.
Staffers at the station were told this happened less than a half hour ago (3:30PM EDT)
Brown has been at the station since May 2011, he was hired from KXAN.
The station is owned by Cox Media.

Al Jazeera has taken a look at the former New York Times building as part of its hunt for a New York headquarters for the U.S. cable channel it plans to launch in July, according to multiple people familiar with the matter.
When Rob Morrison was arrested, police said that while in custody he was still making statements about harming his wife.
When Morrison was asked about those statements, he said he didn't say that and was surprised as anyone to see police say that.
This morning the NY Daily News said Morrison was planning on writing a "tell all" book that he hoped would be also turned into a TV Show.
Morrison responded to that story Today.
