Former WSMV (Nashville) Anchor and Reporter Cynthia Williams was found dead on Friday night. 

Police said it appears Williams, 57, died in her sleep while staying at a friend’s house in Nashville.

Williams left WSMV a couple of years ago, shortly after being diagnosed with thyroid cancer.
