It appears that KNBC has parted ways with Reporter Tony Shin.

His bio is gone from the NBC O&O’s website, yet he still has the station’s call letters on his X account.

A station source tells FTVLive that KNBC News Director Marina Perelman sent out a brief email, saying, “Tony Shin is no longer working for us.”

The source told FTVLive, “No further information or explanation was given.”

Shin had been at KNBC for nearly a decade, coming from San Diego.
