The sign clearly says “No Parking Anytime” but, apparently either this crew from News 12 Connecticut can’t read, or they think the law does not apply to them.

A news car is like a roving billboard that moves around town. When you blatantly break the law it is on display for viewers to see.

I can assure you, it is not a good look for your station.
