Back on December 18th, FTVLive told you that ABC World News Now Anchor Kendis Gibson announced that he is leaving the show.

On January 19th, Gibson will resurface on MSNBC as Weekend Anchor.

MSNBC continues to emphasize live news programming on Saturdays and Sundays and Gibson is the latest hire in that quest.
