Did CNN Producer leak Debate Questions to Donna Brazile

There is so much wrong with how CNN handled the Donna Brazile situation, it's mind blogging.

Brazile was caught in email leaks, showing that she provided the Clinton camp with questions that were going to be asked in a CNN town hall.

When the first email leaked, CNN quickly said that it wasn't them that leaked the question to Brazile and blamed Roland Martin and his staff.

After a second email showed that Brazile had done it again, CNN said that it had ended their relationship with the acting DNC chair.

But, CNN says that Brazile had handed in her resignation at CNN sometime ago (Oct. 14th) and the news network did not report that news until this past weekend. CNN's own  Media Critic, Brian Stelter says that CNN held off on reporting the news, "presumably to avoid generating even more press."

In other words, when the news is bad and it's about them....well....you just don't report that stuff.

CNN is still claiming that Brazile, a CNN employee at the time, did not get the questions from anyone at CNN. FTVLive has implored CNN to do an internal investigation, but that request has fallen on deaf ears.

But, The Daily Caller started to look into this whole mess and they think a CNN Producer MIGHT be responsible for tipping off Brazile.

The DC writes, both of the Flint, Mich. women who asked questions about the city’s lead-poisoned water during a March 6 Democratic debate hosted by CNN tell The Daily Caller that they did not talk to interim Democratic National Committee chair Donna Brazile ahead of the event.

That confirmation undermines CNN’s theory — floated to reporters on background — that Brazile, a network contributor at the time, may have learned of the debate question from one of the women at a charity event organized by the network the day before the debate.

CNN has also denied that a producer who coordinated logistics with the two women knew of the questions before the debate. But both of the women, Mikki Ward and LeeAnne Walters, tell TheDC that they indeed did provide their questions to the producer, Danelle Garcia. Further undercutting CNN’s claim is a news report published earlier this year which identified Garcia as handling questions for another Flint debate participant. The new evidence raises questions over whether Brazile was leaked the question from someone at CNN.

Now, FTVLive is not pinning the leak on Garcia, but the story does raise enough questions that maybe CNN should start looking a bit closer and not trying to just ignore the story and sweep it under the rug.

Also, we'll say it again. If CNN was "uncomfortable" with Brazile's relationship with the Clinton camp, how the hell can they be comfortable with Corey Lewandowski's relationship with the Trump camp?

CNN boss Jeff Zucker will not answer that question and unfortunately, this election has cost CNN all that was left of their dwindling credibility.
