Montel Williams was set to appear on Bill O'Reilly's show from the convention. 

It seems that Williams was upset over a "gay thing" (O'Reilly's words, not mine) that was said, and he did not show up for the show. 

O'Reilly went on the air, called Williams "unprofessional" and blacklisted him live on the air.
