A Tampa EP is headed to Virginia to be a News Director. 

WDBJ announced that they hired David Hughes as the station's new ND. Hughes currently is the Executive Producer at WFLA in Tampa. 

Hughes replaces Kelly Zuber who recently retired after over 3 decades at the station.

Hughes starts at the station next month.
