It's hard to believe that CNN is actually a network, at times.

The latest 'WTF' occurred when Chris Cuomo interviewed Family Research Council's Peter Sprigg. Sprigg thinks the Civil Rights Act of 1964 should not protect transgender people because it was not the legislative intent of Congress.  So while all of this is going on, CNN put a giant rainbow graphic behind Sprigg for the entire interview.
