Is the Supreme Court located on a ship somewhere?

According to ABC, the flags at the Supreme Court have been lowered to "half mast".

If the Supreme Court is on land, which I'm fairly certain it is, then the flags are at "half staff."

My guess is that the ABC News person that posted this tweet is in their 20's.

Just a hunch.
