When House Speaker John Boehner surprised everyone with his resignation, KTTV Anchor Lauren Sivan knew she would be covering the story on the newscast. 

Sivan was determined not to mispronounce Boehner's last name and call him "Boner."

Despite her determination NOT to do that, that's exactly what she did.
